Cleavage at the Telophase
The nuclei have a lobar and the animal cortex has a wrinkled and contracted appearance. Cytoplasmic aggregates of the pigment is seen as patches. Some of the pigment is seen around the cleavage plane and some has accumulated close to the cortex. The animal and vegetal domains are more apparent in this than the previous stages.
