Completion stage of the First Cleavage Division
The in-ward movement of the cortical material has led to the movement of the pigment along the cleavage plane. A deep animal furrow encompassing vesicles and a shallow vegetal furrow have been formed by the animal-vegetal asymmetry of the cleavage process.
