Early tail bud stage (embryo stage 23)
A: At this stage, the Pronephric Anlage is being formed, cells of the outer epidermal layer start to differentiate and mucus is found in the glandular cells.
B: At this stage, eye is formed by the evagination from the prosencephalon. Eye is attached to the brain by the optic stalk. The cement glands have formed by the differentiation of the epithelial layer of the epidermis.
