Clinical summary: 68 year old female with bouts of abdominal pain.

Operative procedure: Cholecystectomy
Location of the lesion: Gall bladder.
Stone size: 8.0 x 3.2 x 3.5 cm.
Stone characteristics: Hard, green. No tumor was present in gall bladder except gallstone, chronic cholecystitis. Light microscopic examination of the gall bladder showed presence of chronic cholecystitis.
