TUMOR ATLAS;INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Use of the tumor atlas without a split screen

Once at the opening sceen of the tumor atlas, you can either find information about tumors at various sites using an on line resource or you can see the appearance of the tumors. Information and images from the tumors may be accessed by clicking the appropriate text or by clicking the image of the organ of interest in the picture of the body. Clicking on the organs on the left side of the picture will access the information and resources. Clicking on the organs on the right side of the picture will access the list of images. For the hematopoeitic system, click on the bone marrow in the lower extremities.

Use of the tumor atlas with a split screen (tumor index on the left and the information and images on the right)

If you entered the journal by using the HTML 3.0 gateway and therefore have an index on the left hand side of the screen, click here. This will substitute the journal index with an index of all the tumors in this database. By clicking any item on the index, you will be able to access either information or images of different tumors on the right of the screen.

If you entered the journal by using the HTML 2.0 gateway and therefore do not see an index on the left, however, your browser is capable to interpret HTML 3.0, click here. This will allow the index of the tumors in this database to appear to the left of the screen. By clicking any item on the index, you will be able to access either information or images of different tumors on the right of the screen.
