Tumor location: Prostate.
Tumor size: 8.0 x 5.0 x6.0 cm.
Tumor characteristics: Nodular, firm, yellow-white mass. Light microscopy revealed a spindle cell tumor with features of ganglioneuroma and neurofibroma.
