T1 Tumor 2.5 cm or less in greatest dimension limited to the lacrimal gland and mobile within the lacrimal fossa

T2 Tumor 2.5 or less in greatest dimension invading the periosteum of the fossa of the lacrimal gland

T3 Tumor more than 2.5 cm but not more than 5 cm in greatest dimension

  T3a Tumor limited to the lacrimal gland

  T3b Tumor invades the periosteum of the fossa of the lacrimal glands

T4 Tumor more than 5 cm in greatest dimension

  T4a With invasion of orbital soft tissues, optic nerve, or globe, without bone invasion
