The initial concept to develop an "Encyclopedia of Bioscience" on the Web was conceived over a decade ago. This scientific treasure will ultimately contain over 5000 authoritative reviews in all fields of biology and medicine. Over 500 well known scientists have orchestrated the largest group effort to crystallize this vision.
