DEFINITION

  • A benign tumor of the myoepithelial cells
  • May contain acellular mucoid or hyalinized stroma
  • Does not contain myxoid areas
  • Does not contain chondroid areas
  • Tumor cells are unable to form ducts (None, <5-10% or <1 duct/HPF)
