CLINICAL FEATURES

  • Occurs most frequently in upper lip and then in buccal mucosa
  • Occurs in adults (34-65)
  • More in women than men (1.8:1)
  • Occurs as a slow growing (months to years), movable, compressible mass impinging a blue color to mucosa
