Duct ectasia with focal epithelial proliferation (squamous metaplasia, chronic inflammation, acinar atrophy, fibrosis, periductal hyalinization)
Intraductal papilloma (a single cyst, more complex papillary growth)
Cystadenocarcinoma, low grade (frank invasion of surrounding tissues
Mucoepidermoid carcinoma (irregular papillae, markedly thickened multilayered lining, presence of squamous, mucous and basaloid cells)
