• High degree of cytologic atypia (nuclear pleomorphism, hyperchromasia, giant nucleoli)
• Abundant mitosis
• Extensive necrosis
• Psammoma bodies
• Associations (Endometrioid adenocarcinoma, Ovarian papillary serous carcinoma, Occuring in a polyp)

CLEAR CELL CARCINOMA

• Large clear cells with cytoplasmic glycogen
• Papillary projections
• Hobnail cells

SMALL CELL CARCINOMA

• Resembling small cell carcinomas of other ograns
• Positive for NSE
• Rarely positive for chromogranin

SQUAMOUS CELL CARICNOMA

• Rare
• Elderly patient
• Occurs in association with pyometra
